PREPARATION & USE
Aqualyte is provided in crystal form in 800g sachets for mixing with water. Pour crystals into the indicated volume of water and stir until dissolved. Drink chilled. Consume Aqualyte throughout working shifts and sports activities. Do not rely on thirst as an indicator of the need for fluid replacement.
Each 800g sachet makes 20 litres.
